On behalf of the International and National Organizing Committees, we are glad to welcome you to the 13th Workshop on Separation Phenomena in Liquids and Gases (SPLG 2015), held from June 7th to June 11th 2015 in the City of San Carlos de Bariloche, Argentina, hosted by the "National Atomic Commission of Argentina"(CNEA).
The objective of the workshop is to provide a forum for exchanging ideas and recent research among scientists around the world involved in solving theoretical and practical problems of separating gaseous, liquid isotopic and non-isotopic mixtures, non-proliferation and safeguards, needs in enriched stable isotopes for double decay experiments.
The SPLG 2015 Event will take place in a Convention Center in the City of Bariloche, one of the most beautiful cities in the region of Patagonia in Argentina. Located at the foot of the Andes in Nahuel Huapi National Park, the City of Bariloche is a summer and winter resort. Its lakes, forest and mountains form an ecological zone unique in South America. In addition to the benefits of scientific program of the conference, we hope you will enjoy your stay in Bariloche.
Bariloche is also home to the Atomic Center, dependent of the CNEA. Created in 1951, the Bariloche Atomic Center is one of the most prestigious venues of research and development in the area and nuclear physics. It is also recognized for his distinguished career in human resources training.
